These terms apply when you use crafte.com.au and any shop hosted on Crafte, whether at a crafte.com.au address or a shop's own domain. By creating an account, placing an order, making a booking or joining a club you agree to them.
Crafte is operated by Lightbulb Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 32 630 439 557) of Kenmore, Queensland ("Crafte", "we", "us"). You can contact us at sales@crafte.com.au.
Crafte provides the software that independent Australian businesses ("shops") use to sell online. Each shop is a separate business and is the seller of its own products, subscriptions, club memberships and bookings. When you buy from a shop:
Crafte is not a party to your purchase and does not own, sell, store or ship the products.
One Crafte account lets you sign in to every shop on the platform. You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Crafte, and you cannot buy alcohol. Tell us straight away at sales@crafte.com.au if you think someone else has used it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, to defraud a shop or another customer, or in breach of these terms.
If you join a shop's club or subscription, you authorise that shop to charge your saved card on the schedule shown when you joined. How to skip, change or cancel, and any notice period, are set out on the shop's club page and in your account. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made unless the shop agrees or the law requires it.
Booking terms, deposits and cancellation rules are set by each shop and shown before you pay.
Shops that sell alcohol do so under their own liquor licence. You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol, and you may be asked for your date of birth. The person receiving an alcohol order must also be 18 or over.
Delivery options, charges and timeframes are set by each shop. The shop is responsible for getting your order to you, including any claims with its courier.
Products bought from a shop come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Claims about a product are made to the shop that sold it. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
You must not misuse the platform, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with its operation, scraping it, posting unlawful or offensive content in reviews, notes or messages, or using it to send spam.
We work to keep Crafte available, secure and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Crafte is not liable for a shop's products, its delivery, or its acts or omissions, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy at crafte.com.au/privacy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Crafte after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland.
